Ballochia amoena
Ballochia amoena is a species of flowering plant in the family Acanthaceae. It is endemic to the islands of Socotra and Madagascar in Yemen. Its natural habitats are subtropical, tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
Ballochia amonea is used as a medicinal herb, primarily used to treat minor skin diseases and fevers. They take the appearance of small shrubs with white clusters of small flowers, with seeds being small and black in appearance.
