Lemon tetra

The lemon tetra (Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis) is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Acestrorhamphidae, the American characins. This fish is from South America. It is a small tetra growing to 5 cm (2 in) in length. The species is a long established favourite aquarium fish, being introduced to the aquarium in 1932.
