Pervagor spilosoma, the fantail filefish, is a species of filefish in the family Monacanthidae. It is found in coral reef areas of the Eastern Pacific, including the Hawaiian Islands and Johnston Island. The Hawaiian name, ōʻīli, means to "sprout" or "come up."
