Pinnotheres is a genus of crabs, including the pea crab. Many species formerly in Pinnotheres have been placed in new genera, such as Zaops ostreus (formerly P. ostreus), the oyster crab and Nepinnotheres novaezelandiae (formerly P. novaezelandiae), the New Zealand pea crab.
